You must be a resident of the Ojai Valley and a graduating senior who will enroll in a college or university or junior or community college, career/technical, vocational, or certificated program in the next fall term.

ATTACH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

  2. Personal Resume
  3. Personal Statement:
  4. Letters of Recommendation
  5. Transcript: Unofficial Transcript (including first semester grades of senior year)
  6. SAT/ACT Scores
  7. Attach an additional page with answers to the following questions (200-300 words):
    1. (1@ $2,500) What (if any) was your parents’ college experience?
    2. How do you hope to use the funds?
  8. FAFSA Student Aid Report
